Airport Arrival Policy
All cancelations within 48 hours before pick-up date and time will incur a 50% cancelation charge. Appointments canceled within 4 hours before pick-up time will incur a full cancelation charge. Only delays due to the problems of the airlines will not be charged extra fees. Cancelations or delays due to flight changes, missed flights, COVID-19 issues or other personal reasons will be charged as a cancelation. All airport arrivals clients are expected to come to the vehicle within a reasonable time to not incur an extra charge.
All Others Cancelation Policy
All cancelations within 48 hours before pick-up date and time will incur a 50% cancelation charge. Appointments canceled within 4 hours before pick-up time will incur a full cancelation charge. All same-day time changes more than 30 minutes will be treated as a cancelation and a new booking for all appointments other than airport arrivals. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointment pick-ups. After that, there will be a standby charge in 30 minute increments. Charters do not apply to this rule since client is charged at an hourly rate.
